This is a digital online course delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you get instant access to all course materials.

Our refund policy for this course

Refunds are available only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and
• You have not started the course (0% progress in the course area), and
• You have not completed the first “Beginner Coaching Confidence Reflection” inside the course.

If these conditions are met and you would like to request a refund, email me at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and include the email address you used at checkout.

No refunds are given if:

• You request a refund more than 7 days after purchase, or
• You have started the course (any lesson progress), or
• You have completed the first “Beginner Coaching Confidence Reflection”.

Approved refunds will be processed through Kajabi or the payment processor where available. If a refund is approved, access to the course may be revoked separately after the refund is processed.
