This is a digital online course delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you get instant access to all course materials.

You are eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and
• You have not started the course (0% progress in the course area), and
• You have not completed the first “Beginner Coaching Confidence Reflection” inside the course.

If these conditions are met and you would like a refund, email me at [email protected],  within 7 days of purchase and include the email address you used at checkout.

No refunds are given if:

• You request a refund more than 7 days after purchase, or
• You have started the course (any lesson progress), or
• You have completed the first “Beginner Coaching Confidence Reflection”.

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing immediate access to digital content.
• You understand that your right to a refund is limited to the conditions above.
